I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of fall here in Sarnia-Lambton.
We had 290 active listings in September and 174 sold totaling $48.9 million in sales.
With around 38 days to sell, the average listing price was $281,641 this is a 9% increase compared to last year.
48% of those sold were in the $200,000 to $400,000 price range.
In this Sellers Market there were 9 more homes on the market in September this year compared to August, and the number of sales decreased by 2%.
