Meet the Team

Sean Ryan, Broker

Born and raised in Sarnia-Lambton, Sean has deep roots in Lambton County and an extensive knowledge of all areas and surrounding communities.

With over 10yrs experience is able to communicate well making each and every unique home buying and selling process easy and stress-free. Having children and a family of his own makes Sean a relatable Broker, as he personally understands the wants and needs of all clients from first time home buyers to people looking to downsize and beyond.

Sean has exceptional community involvement as a past member and President of The Sarnia Seaway Kiwanis. Sean sat on the board for the Y.M.C.A. and was also involved with the Sarnia Chambers Young Professionals Group.

Sean has extensive experience in Residential Real Estate, Investment Properties including Income Producing, Rehab projects, and New Home Construction. Over the years, he has overseen and dealt with many of these for clients and shares his knowledge from personal experience.

Sean has also reached some the highest education levels that can be reached in the Real Estate industry achieving his Broker’s license. This is just another example of the dedication Sean has to his clients.

Hilary Hogarth-Ryan, Sales Representative, and Marketing/Advertising Representative

After receiving Dean’s Honour Roll for highest grades in her class at Fanshawe College in 2005 in the Radio Broadcasting Program (with a major in Marketing), Hilary moved to Sarnia and immediately started work at Blackburn Radio Inc as a Marking Representative, she was later promoted to Marketing Manager and in 2011, took on a new role in the advertising department where she designs advertising plans for 100’s of Sarnia businesses with innovative i-media concepts, digital ads, on-air commercials, event marketing and more. 

Hilary has also been very active in the community serving on the Sarnia Crimestoppers Board, Chairing charity events such as The Canadian Cancer Society Daffodil Breakfast for over 5 years and enjoys sports such as volleyball and baseball.

Personally, Hilary met Sean in 2011 and was married in 2013.  She shares his passion for real estate and assists him with his marketing and advertising needs helping highlight his clients properties through imaging, social media, and more.
