Happy November! I hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather in Sarnia-Lambton.
So let’s get started, We had 301 active listings in August and 106 sold totaling $53.3 million in sales.
With around 26 days to sell, the average listing price was $311,629 this is a 19% increase compared to last year.
47% of those sold were in the $200,000 to $400,000 price range.
With the market starting to even out there were 6 more homes on the market in October this year compared to September, and the number of sales decreased by 7%.
