Sarnia Lambton Real Estate Market Update October 2017

Well, the extended summer weather has prolonged our strong real estate season. There were 26% more listings in October over last year with only 35 listing expiring. And 25% more homes were sold.

 All of this activity accounted for more than $53 million in sales. And despite the slower start earlier in 2017, year-to-date sales are $465 million, 17% more than last year.
